This runner is made for a mom whose son is serving in Iraq~just a little variation on the usual red, white and blue!

On a sleepless night, a woman in breast cancer treatment will find comfort in knowing someone cares~you.

Glow in the dark thread keeps your message glowing for up to 6 hours each night, even with minimal light exposure.

This quilt was created for my daughter’s wedding. The answer to the question was in the label~the short answer is NO!

This is the second wall hanging to pair with the red and white “Welcome” wall hanging. These are both in a physical education teacher’s office. Note the black fabric around the “window”~ it has eyes on it (watching the kids). What fun!

On a can koozie (cozy) anything can be embroidered to be a special drink ID. On the front of the can koozies, so far I have done a John Deere tractor, WWII airplane, cow crossing, dirt bike, police motorcycle, chopper motorcycle, flowers, champaign glasses, wedding bells, butterflies. . . . and on the back . . . .
. . . but after I did this on the back, I found a humorous way to put their wedding date, so I am re-doing them saying:
”I lifted this from Alicia and Curt’s wedding, May 8, 2010.”

My daughter is getting married in May. She wanted something useful for her bridesmaids, so I am making each a custom beach bag, using pet mesh (very durable!) and fabric. At 23″tall and 17″ wide, 10″ deep, these will hold much!

This is one of two wall hangings for a physical education teacher~she asked “What can we do with t-shirts besides a quilt? I don’t want a t-shirt quilt.” So this will hang in her office along with another wall hanging, yet to be done. Stay tuned!

This soft cotton quilt is designed for real use~washable, durable, and most importantly, full of love to wrap the baby in!
SWEET BABY CONNOLLY
Looking through the “windows” toward your future
your Mom chose the Suzy’s Zoo fabric
to develop your sense of whimsy and a love of animals;
turtles to teach you patience and kindness;
and “chocolate” brown to wrap you in the love
of the sisterhood of women.
As your Mom and Dad await your birth,
you are their wish~
their wish to each other.
May you always feel
how much you are loved~
even when you were just a wish in their hearts.
Given to Kate and Patrick Connolly
